Welcome to the My Fitness Record website where you’ll be able to complete a range of health, fitness and wellbeing assessments.
YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION
Your first three visits to the site are free. You can register, login and get a feel of the site by completing a few assessments. The results will be stored and you’ll be able to download them or share them with trusted third parties.
On your fourth visit, you will not be able to access the assessments until you’ve made a modest payment (an introductory offer) of $2 for a yearly subscription. After that you can use the site as often as you wish for the next 12 months.
A UNIQUE HEALTH, FITNESS AND WELLBEING DATA BANK
My Fitness Record complements a range of medical data bases that exist around the world, most tending to concentrate on storing details of surgical, radiological, pharmaceutical and pathology results. For all intents and purposes they are medical, not health data bases.
In Australia this data is stored on My Heath Record.
THE ASSESSMENTS
My Fitness Record is designed so you can keep track of your health, fitness and wellbeing by completing a range of assessments. You’ll be able to share your information with trusted third parties – medical, fitness and allied health practitioners.
